Optimization Assessment, Remediation

In an ACS HCS Optimization Assessment, we evaluate your organization's current utilization of the MEDITECH HCIS (or a subset of applications) and associated processes. We then provide recommendations for enhanced and expanded MEDITECH HCIS utilization.

ACS HCS Optimization Assessments include the following:

• Project preparation and organization; request for information (including request for completion of ACS HCS pre-assessment questionnaires)
• Review of dictionaries, reports and integration between applications and associated processes
• Interviews with selected executives and key department representatives
• Analysis of problems, unmet needs and cumbersome activities
• Preparation/delivery of Opportunity Matrix

Representative Deliverables:

The findings are documented in an "Opportunity Matrix" - a roadmap to enhanced system optimization better support operations, with an executive summary highlights those that are most critical.
