The Server Engineer will work out our outsourcing site in Princeton, NJ.

Summary

Under direction of the Director of Technical Services, the Server Engineer is the primary technical resource for the hardware and operating system of each assigned server system, and must perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to the operating system software.  The Server Engineer will provide advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for server systems and networks at our client site in Princeton, NJ.  The Server Engineer will work with internal application support analysts, field engineers, operations, and ACS-HCS central services to maintain application performance, reliability, and data recovery, and will work with external application and hardware vendors for maintenance, repair, and upgrades.

Requirements

• Experience working in a large, 7x24 environment
• Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Infrastructure.
• 5+ years Desktop Support\Citrix Applications Support.
• Candidates must be client focused, able to work independently while interacting across different teams to accomplish projects and detail oriented
• Ability to complete detailed quality documentation, project plans using MS Project or Visio
• Active Directory Group Policy DNS WINS
• Exchange Server 2007 Administration.
• Windows NT/2000/2003 Systems Troubleshooting/Performance Optimization
• VMWare Experience

Desired Knowledge

• MSI packaging a plus
• Softgrid Packaging  a big plus
• Microsoft Exchange
• Windows 2003 TS servers
• Tumbleweed Email Firewall
• Sharepoint 2003/2007 experience a plus
