Our Outsourcing team is searching for Program Director that will manage a new McKesson multi-project implementation at an existing outsourcing site.  This challenging role will drive the project through to completion while managing people, budgets and timelines.   

Major Areas of Specialization

Outstanding candidates will posses program management experience in multi-product implementations, project management, budget and timeline management, clinical and financial application implementation experience in healthcare, hospital operations management experience a plus, McKesson experience a plus, PMI certification a plus

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a multi-product implementation
• Manage project resource teams
• Vendor management
• Responsible for overall project timeline management
• Responsible for overall project budget management
• Responsible for internal and client project reporting

Required Experience & Education

• McKesson implementations
• Financial implementations
• Clinical implementation
• Project Management
• Healthcare IT product implementations
• Multi-product implementations
• Project management relative to timeline, resource, budget, vendor, reporting and issue management
• Healthcare application support
• Matrixed organizations
• Hospital operations

• B.S. Degree
