Project Manager – Kronos

ACS Healthcare Solutions, has opportunities for healthcare information system professionals who have Project Management experience, as well as experience with Kronos Time & Attendance and / or HRMS. Experience with Best Software, ABRA, and/or ADP is also acceptable. The primary function of this position is to manage the team to oversee implementations of the Kronos products and provide guidance with regard to Best Practices.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in systems implementations with Kronos and the following qualifications:

• Strong experience with implementation of Kronos T/A, Kronos HRMS, Best Software, ABRA, or ADP in a healthcare setting
• Project Management or Engagement Management experience
• Strong experience in developing client presentations, project plans, status reports and documentation
• Experience with other Healthcare provider application suites
  

EITHER

• Strong knowledge of Kronos Time & Attendance system or ADP including experience with:
  • Clocking devices / options
  • System setup options and standardization
  • Employee education / policy and procedures
  • System Testing / integration testing
  • Post live support
  • Kronos Connect Interface Application, API and Scheduling System

OR

• Strong knowledge of Kronos Human Resource/Payroll System or Best Software including experience with:
  • Human Resources Setup
  • Payroll Setup
  • Benefits Setup
  • Reporting
  • Interfacing

Additional desired qualifications include:

• Lawson Implementation Experience
• Crystal Reporting Experience
• Project Management Institute Certification
• Other Kronos product knowledge (Gatekeeper, Scheduling, AS400, i - series, etc.)
  

Travel is a MUST for this position. Relocation is NOT required.
