Management Consultant – Business Office Director

ACS Healthcare Solutions has opportunities for professionals with strong experience with managing revenue cycle improvement initiatives for the hospital Business Office.

The successful candidate will have had Director-level experience in a hospital business office. Candidates must have a strong understanding of insurance payer plans and tracking denials. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how their ideas and procedures have resulted in improvements in outstanding A/R and increased revenue. Additional qualifications include:

• Prior management (Director level preferred) of a Business Office, Revenue Cycle Project and /or Patient Accounting.
• Expert understanding of Business Office process flow and efficient staffing requirements.
• Experience with leading healthcare provider software suites (Cerner, McKesson, IDX, Siemens etc…)
