NCC Support Coordinator – Cheshire, CT

ACS Healthcare Solution’s NetLinc group, part of our Outsourcing organization, is a Call Center solution for our outsourced clients nationwide. NetLinc currently has openings for two Support Coordinators. These positions are full time and located in our Cheshire, Connecticut office. Candidates local to this office will be given priority consideration.

Key responsibilities for the Support Coordinators include answering incoming calls to our call center, log new helpdesk trouble tickets including keying all required data entry into our call center database/ ticket system. The Support Coordinators do not troubleshoot the calls; they are only responsible for documenting the calls in our call center database/ticket system. Additionally the Support Coordinators are responsible for clerical tasks, including running reports in MS-Excel and working on our client surveys systems.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience in a call center or fast paced administrative position plus the following qualifications:

  • Excellent typing skills/and/or Word processing skills; ability to transcript live phone calls. Must be able to type 50 wpm
  • Excellent phone support and call management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and MS-Word
  • Knowledge of call center /helpdesk ticket systems or other database entry systems
  • Ability to handle multiple incoming calls in a fast paced environment
  • Self motivation with the ability to work with little supervision
