Overview

Our Application Delivery skill domain is building a team of professionals to help support our clients currently running Midas+ products.  This team will be made up of clinical professional with a strong background in Midas+ modules such as Risk, Case Management, Reporting and Quality.  We are actively searching for professionals that can join our team as road warriors so relocation is not necessary.

General Summary

This position is responsible for successful and extensive usage of company software products for implementing clients in the healthcare industry.

Essential Job Functions

• Performs onsite process reviews for implementing clients to assess client work process and make recommendations on how to integrate processes within company’s software products.
• Make process improvement recommendations to implementingq clients.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in use of system and provide/coordinate solutions.
• Performs site-specific consulting with regard to usage of company’s products
• Teams with Project Manager and Technical Services Analyst to ensure successful implementation
• Makes designs recommendations for indicators and adhoc reports.
• Maintains status report of clients’ effectiveness of system usage
• Works with client to remove barriers and obstacles preventing effective system usage
• Responsible for learning and implementing new software updates and integrating latest software versions into current processes
• Conducts onsite visits throughout the implementation to assess project status and perform consulting, as required.
• Maintains database of industry standard terms, data, and reports to be used for Training, Sales, & client distribution to represent best practices and the latest regulatory requirements as applicable

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other clinical discipline preferred.
• A minimum of three years clinical field experience in a healthcare setting in quality management, utilization management, case management or other major functional area of MIDAS+ products.
• Experience in implementing and managing MIDAS+ products in a healthcare facility required.
