Financial Systems Application Analyst – Quadramed Princeton NJ Outsourcing

The position for a Financial Systems Application Analyst with Quadramed experience is located at one of our long-term client engagements in Princeton, New Jersey. Candidates must be located within commuting distance to the client site or willing to relocate. This is a full-time, non-travel IT support opportunity.

The primary function of this position is to support the client organization’s enterprise wide Quadramed financial systems. The Financial Systems Application Analyst works with the client’s clinical departments and ACS Healthcare Solutions personnel to implement new applications, maintain and upgrade current applications, troubleshoot system issues and apply technical solutions to meet the goals of the organization. This includes working with other application team members on-site and hospital end users to complete various information systems integration and implementation which streamlines processes.   

Qualified candidates will possess many of the following qualifications:

• Five or more years of work experience in a hospital setting as a systems and/or support analyst supporting financial systems
• Implementation experience as a project leader with core financial applications
• Demonstrated experience in supporting financial applications
• Experience in the finance is desirable with an in-depth understanding of financial systems and processes
• Comprehensive understanding of data interfaces and the various methods of performing them is required
• Quadramed query writing skills are desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends when necessary to implement system changes during off peak hours and or respond to trouble calls
• Ability to take system call on a rotational basis
• Experience with MS Office software suite including MS Project and Visio.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, user management and consulting skills
•  B.S. degree in computer or information science or equivalent related experience.
